Helmets of this style have been found in many archaeological digs from ancient greece. The helmet evolved through the centuries; many examples of similar styles date back to the sixth century bce. The style takes its name from the city-state of corinth. This reproduction is of steel, prominent "eyebrows", a black finish, brass details, a natural horsehair plume. The helmet would be suitable for display, or for wearing as part of a costume. it fits most adults, though a padded liner or cap is recommended for a more comfortable fit.
